Representation on Misdemeanor Charges in all district courts in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb County.
Appeals – Our firm handles appeals of district, circuit and Court of Appeals decisions of in the state Courts. Our firm has also handled appeals before the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our firm handles habeas corpus petitions of state cases before the federal courts. We have successfully obtained reversals of criminal and civil cases.
Expungement – Recently the laws have changed in Michigan allowing expungement of criminal records involving multiple convictions making it easier to reduce or eliminate your criminal record. Our firm has successfully handled many of these cases with favorable results for our clients.
License Restoration – Our firm is well qualified and has a successful track record to represent you at the secretary of state level and appeals to the circuit court to help you regain your license when it has been suspended or revoked for drunk driving or driving on suspended license.
DUI/OWI/OUIL/MIP– Our firm has tried felony and misdemeanor OWI (DUI) offenses and is very familiar with how these cases are handled in our local court system. Our firm will do everything in our power to defend you in these cases.
PPO- Personal Protection Orders – Our firm can assist you in filing a PPO and representing you in the Personal Protection Order hearing. Our firm has also successfully defended our clients against frivolous PPO filings. Many people do not realize that a PPO being filed against you can affect your freedom and your right to carry a concealed weapon along with infringing on other rights you may have.
